Twitch tournament (Souvenir) drops

During official CS2 Majors and some events, you can link your Steam account to Twitch and watch matches on the official streams to earn drops - viewer Souvenir Packages and tournament items. These are free and some can be valuable depending on the match and stickers inside.

Trade-up contracts

If you've accumulated cheap drops, a trade-up contract turns 10 same-grade skins into one of the next grade up - occasionally landing something worth more than your inputs. Giveaways - and avoiding scams

Reputable creators and marketplaces run legitimate skin giveaways (on Twitch, X, Discord). They never ask for your password, your Steam API key, or a 'verification' deposit.

Avoid 'free skin' sites that ask you to log in with your Steam credentials, enter your API key, or 'deposit to withdraw' - these are scams that drain inventories. Real Steam login is only ever through the official steamcommunity.com OpenID page, and no legitimate site needs your password.
